Problem Description :  

Ver.: 1.20, 11-Jan-2007

Problem description:

Change tuning in Fretboard display with no Chords - does not update.

1. Launch ChordSearch.
2. Select View Fretboard mode.
3. Select Tools->Options->Tuning and Select Open A
4. Exit Dialog via OK. Fretboard is still displayed in standard tuning.

Workaround: Switch off View Fretboard (for Chord Display) and then switch back to View Fretboard. Refreshes Screen.

Updated CCswinDoc::ApplyNow() to take account of mod flag and refresh screen if tuning changed.
