Problem Description :  

Ver.: 1.16, 22-Aug-2006

Problem description:
Assert error on changing tuning when German Language selected.
To reproduce:
1. Select German Language
2. Select Tools -> Options -> Tuning
3. Move the 2nd string from H(B) upwards.
4. Asserts.

Workaround:
Set up tuning using English setting. Then select German Language.

Ref: CTuningDialog::OnVScroll ascnotes[] - still having English contents - thus no match found and goes oob as no catch.

Fixed in version: 1.20
Updated ascnotes[] so filled with German notes on language change, plus use of ascnotes[] for comparison rather than hard coded values.
