Problem Description :

Problem description:
Save chord to User directory via PR menu - does not clear 'd' of end of No chord id found. (Follow steps at 2.3.12 in test spec.)

1. Select chord with no id in directory to display "No chord id found" for title.
2. PR menu to add chord to user directory, Enter "New chord"
3. On exiting dialog. Title displays "New chord d"

i.e. not clearing extreme rh side of prior title.

CCswinView::InValChdTitleRgn() - needs right value for inval region to be increased.

Increased right value by 9% to ensure will cover title text.
