Problem description:

Save As html - not pointing to selected directory

Windows 7 issue - possibly also Win Vista - ok with XP.

1. Copy chords to scratchpad.
2. Save As html.

Places file in application directory.

Need to point to full pathname for writing file. Seemed okay for XP -but not for Win 7 where writes to installaton directory.

Fixed in version: 1.31
Updated CCswinDoc::OnFileSaveAsHtml() used CFileDialog::GetFolderPath( ) to point to full pathname for writing file.
