Add user defined chord to User Directory need to update title "no chord id" to name chosen.
* Chordsearch Select A + C - no chord id.
* Use Right Pull menu to launch "Add Chord to User Directory"
* Enter "AC" for Chord Name
* Exit via OK
* Title for display "No chord id found" - i.e. need to refresh with newly added title "AC"
