Problem description:
Start App. Select Search -> Chordsearch. Notes Property Page has Add button enabled - although no Notes have been selected yet.

On call to UpdateCaption - if no chord id is found then Add button is enabled so that the no chord id may be added to the user directory. However with no notes selected and effectively no chord id - then the Add button is enabled.

Fixed in version: 1.30
Updated CCSDialog::UpdateCaption() - to also check if no notes selected prior to Enable. Plus updated CDlgPPCSDiagram::OnPaint() - to also check if no notes selected prior to Enable.
