Problem description:
Framework - insert new staff case where straight bracket not shown in Dialog Picture Box.
Ref: Framework Test 12.1.16 - on inserting new staffs the straight bracket is not shown in Dialog Picture Window. However it is still "linked in" - exiting Dialog via okay - straight bracket still in score. Going back into Framework Dialog - straight bracket displayed in Dialog Picture Box. (Use pr316.avrella for testing.)
