Initial: Put in temporary fix for release. Ref: CFrameworkDialog::OnPaint() - still using old constructor and commented out m_nPenWidth which is to be used with LOGBRUSH type constructor. When come to implement LOGBRUSH type constructor refer to CDlgPPBarLine::DrawEndLine() code.

Implemented LOGBRUSH constructor for all pens which draw staffs: Active, NonActive and inserted (Red).
