Problem description:
Beam Repeat Style Dialog box not launched from Ornamentation Page.
1. Click on a note to launch Properties - Note Dialog and select Ornamentation tab
2. Select Beam Repeat Include checkbox.
3. Select Style pushbutton - Beam Repeat Style Dialog is not launched.

Resource id in header file DlgBeamRptStyle renamed at some stage and id ref was IDD_DLG_TREM (#101) though should be IDD_DLG_BMRPT_STYLE (#216). Renamed.
