Problem description:
Changing font for lyric affects x ratio for initial system. (Format -> Lyric)

E.g. changing Font from Arial to TNR the positioning for the displayed lyrics is changed (in this example stretched out more.). This is not a problem for systems other than the initial system. Note: This problem was not present for release 0.91 and has almost certainly been introduced following the necessary fix to resolve pr 231

Workaround: Should font be changed will need to realign lyrics to match up with notation for the initial system.

Raised to Level 3 - ref: 4.4 test for initial system - move lyric for measure 2 inline with notation then switch to View display and back to Rich Edit - initial display before switch not consistent. (Go through all 4.* tests)

Found error in calculation for adjustment for offset with reference to GetMeasWidth(....) and GetXOffset((....) for case where left margin indent.
