Problem description:
Update accent for note (with auto tab assoc.) via keyboard shortcut - does not update tab. i.e. For a note with (auto update) tab associated - update accent for note using keyboard (i.e. 'n' 'f' or 's') - does not auto update.
(Note - search for _PR233 for prelim work.)
Workaround: Drag note one ledger down / up then back to original position or update accent via Properties Dialog.

Implemented CAvrView::UpDateTabAssocNote() plus spent some time updating Inval functions etc.
