Suggested feature description:
Implement Pitchbend feature for channels.
As Pitch bend applies to all notes in the channel for the duration of the pitch bend. It is best to implement a PitchBend class as part of CFmwkStf class.
This will be a fairly extensive modification - after production release and will involve an update to the release file format SCHEMA_2
